 I Love my Dog!

Now I realize that is by the time you have reached this page that is
a pretty obvious statement. I have never loved a animal they way I do Emma. She has the temperament you could only stride to find in yourself. She likes the same things I do and does not like to do the same things I am not so keen about doing myself. She is smart and beautiful. She is always there for me and I am always there for her.

We are a match made in heaven. She is my one in a life time dog. I know now, while she is here on this earth to be a part of her every day. Most the time her every moment. They say heaven is when our pets are with us here on earth. And I know many of you feel the same. There are so many that this will resonate with. If not get a dog!

Pet Photography Hints

for photographs that are not posed

Two things you will always hear from photographers are:

  • get to know your camera
  • practice till you get good

Catching Cuteness
on film

Dogs have a sense of humor. The moment you reach for your camera, they stop doing whatever made you want to take the picture to begin with.

Great pet pictures do happen, just not as often as you'd like.

I have learned patience's is a part of great nature poses.

If your goal is a
more formal portrait
of your dog, you’re in luck! It’s actually easier to get for a dog to practice obedience and posing then it is to catch natural cuteness on film.

Things I have learned

  • Get down on
your dogs level It's their eyes your going to remember
  • Set your camera on multiple shots it's the second after you take the first picture they are going to do something cute
  • Your obedience training is going to come in handy
  • Use treats or squeaky toys to get their attention

Overwhelming
Thought

Now, stop and think we me. Here lays a whole website, pretty graphic and informational intensive. And all Mom owns is a Camera!

I don't know who is luckier? You, me, her, as it take a lot of time and effort on her part just to keep up with me and my busy lifestyle both on and off the internet.

But can we all say
"Thank God"
she doesn't own a video camera!
